These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our concrete services in Paradise, NV and surrounding areas.

Our Services

PNV Paradise Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete services including driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, walkways, and masonry work. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during the project.

Project Quotes and Payment

We provide free quotes for all concrete projects. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and our initial site assessment. The final cost may change if we discover unforeseen site conditions or if you request changes to the original scope of work.

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

If you cancel a project after we have started work or ordered materials, you may be responsible for costs already incurred.

Project Timeline and Delays

We will provide you with an estimated timeline for your project. However, completion dates may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Concrete work requires specific weather conditions for proper curing. We may need to reschedule your project if conditions are not suitable for quality concrete installation.

Warranty and Workmanship

We stand behind our work and use quality materials for all projects. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project contract. Our warranty typically covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, ground settling, acts of nature, or lack of proper maintenance.

Concrete naturally develops small hairline cracks over time. These are considered normal and are not covered under warranty unless they affect the structural integrity of the installation.

Property Access and Site Preparation

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and for protecting any items you do not want damaged. We will make reasonable efforts to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or underground utilities that are not properly marked.

You must notify us of any underground utilities, septic systems, or other hidden features before we begin work. It is your responsibility to have utilities marked by calling 811 before excavation begins.

Permits and Regulations

We will advise you if permits are required for your project. If permit costs are not included in your quote, you are responsible for obtaining and paying for necessary permits. We will work with local authorities to ensure our work meets all applicable building codes and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PNV Paradise Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
